WHO WOULDN’T WANT A PIZZA PICNIC ON THE OREGON COAST?
Meagan and Jay’s engagement session was kind of all the dreams come true for me! First off, I can never get enough of the golden goodness that Oregon’s coast has to offer! I mean, come on, who wouldn’t love those earthy, majestic cliffsides along the ocean? Hug Point also holds so much nostalgia for me (*ahem* I got engaged there. NBD.), and there’s something so magical about a waterfall trickling into the Pacific waves.
Not only did these two literally embody the color pallet of the coast (aka all my favorite colors ever), but they also chose to make their engagement photos unique to them. They brought a pizza from local place near their home on Portland’s Eastside, and had a picnic right on the water’s edge. So, new rule: ALWAYS BRING PIZZA. Jay also has a love for collecting old books, so they brought a few faves from home to incorporate in their pics! I LOVE THIS. I am all for couples who want to bring in aspects that are important or special to them. These photos are savoring a season of life for you, so OF COURSE you should remember the little things that you love in that time!
